Went to this location for a birthday party a few weeks ago. I had to write this review to commend the staff for their excellent attitudes. It's not often you see young men who are a enthusiast, attentive, and professional. I would recommend this place again in a heartbeat.
Came here for 90 min open play with my toddler. She loves it, the staff is very helpful and the price is so reasonable. I can't wait to go back!
On 7/11/17, we celebrated our daughter Tatiana's 9th Birthday and it was amazing! The staff did an excellent job from start to finish. I called a week before to schedule the party and I was walked through every party package and the details thereof. This gave me a clear view of which would be the best party package for Tatiana and our guest. From arrival to departure the staff was excellent. Monique, Jess, Pablo, Kyle, and Joe treated us attentively and respectfully. My daughter and our guest expressed the wonderful time they had and my husband Bishop and I want to thank this amazing staff for making that happen.
The staff here are extremely friendly and accommodating. They fully engage with kids. If you have experience to bounce you then you will find the play area here a notch below BounceU. However the birthday party celebration area has more engagement with Cosmic style lighting and fun time with their staff. This place also allows you to bring your own food. The pizza here comes from Valentino's.
Kids always have a blast! GREAT Staff! Very friendly, clean and organized. A Staff member always available and very helpful should you need assistance. It's the best indoor play place we've been too! Parents are welcome to join in on the fun! I always leave with a complete workout! We attend jumps early in the day to avoid the crowd.
